Enfocus very recently released an upgrade to their Switch product line and callas software has several configurators for its pdfToolbox technology that integrate with Switch 10.
Unfortunately, Enfocus shipped Switch 10 without the callas pdfToolbox 5 configurators. So, customers using pdfToolbox Server 5 in their workflows might encounter problems when upgrading to Switch 10.
Specifically, any flows using callas pdfToolbox Server 5 configurators will cause warnings during the flow upgrade process and will display question mark icons after Switch finishes upgrading the flows. These flows will not work until the callas pdfToolbox 5 configurators are installed via the Switch "Manage configurators" menu item, which can be found in the Help menu of Switch 10. You can find detailed instructions on how to resolve the problems with the configurators on the callas software website.
callas software is working to update the pdfToolbox Server installer so that it installs the pdfToolbox 5 configurators correctly in Switch 10 as well. So alternatively, customers using pdfToolbox Server 5 configurators could wait upgrading to Switch 10 until that has happened.
